Buyer yet to return item

A buyer opened a case as he "just didnt like" He was given until today to return which he has not done. Do I have to apply to ebay to close case or do they do automatically. Tried the auto help and it was no use at all.

Don't contact eBay, they have been known to find for buyer if you do.

The case will close automatically if the buyer doesn't return the item in time.

Just be patient. Don't do anything.

Thank you, was just a little concerned when eBay’s Q and A section says it will be closed but to be aware it can be as long as 35 days, a little long seeing that buyers are given nearly 3 weeks to return an item.
