Buyer won’t provide collection code
Hey! So the buyer picked up their item (have it on ring camera) but we forgot to scan the collection code. I asked twice now to send it to me over messages but no answer. How can I get this sorted?

Mentor1 week agoWithout buyers cooperation you cannot do anything. zYou should learn from this nevervto hand over an item until you have the code.
You do have the small risk that buyer opens a not received case to get a refund, not very likely but you should be aware of the risk.
