buyer wont colloect or answer messages
I listed approx 1200 clocks for collection only. Buyer purchased them then contacted to say he had just realised they were collection only. Wanted to send a courier. I explained they were individually boxed and a courier may have a problem,
Since them he wont reply to any message! and i still have the clocks.

You could mention that there is no buyer protection unless collected in person, so using a Courier is a big risk for a buyer.

Mentor10 months agoGive the buyer a deadline to collect and if they don't tell them you assume they want to cancel.
Then cancel and relist. Perhaps put 'collection only' in the title?
