Buyer with no feedback and a member for less than a month... I dont want to proceed with the sale | Member To Member Support

For context I sell pokemon cards, a member has brought two cards which is great. The issue I have is that the member has 0 feedback and has only been a member of ebay for a month. Because of the well known pokemon card scams I dont wish to proceed with the sale. What are my options?
