Hello,

A buyer would like to view an item (child's bike), but ebay will not allow addresses or contact details to be shared.

Is there an official way to share details through ebay?

I am not looking to sell the item outside of ebay.

The buyer has to buy and pay first, them you can swap details. If they don't like the bike you can both agree to cancel the transaction.
