Buyer wants to send a man with a van collecting item I sold for collection only
I have sold an item for collection only. The buyer wants to send a man with a van. I have never used this either as a buyer or a seller. What do I have to be aware of? Any tips? Thanking you all in advance.

Mentor1 week agoThe buyer loses access to the money back guarantee if they don't collect in person. But if they do make a claim you will have to make ebay aware of that.

Mentor1 week agoWhoever collects your item must give you the collection code they received from ebay before you hand it over.

Mentor1 week agoPerhaps send the buyer a message to explain this driver Must have this code or you cannot release the item to them.
To note also, if they send a third party to collect, then they void all eBay's MBG protection.
