Buyer wants to return new headphones in used condition as they dont fit
Hi a buyer wants to return some new sealed headphones as they 'dont fit', i do offer returns but not sure how to proceed with this as theyre not faulty and will be returned opened and used. Any advice appreciated

·11 months agoBuyers can't see or try your items before buying and do have additional rights when they buy online.
Ebay do allow business sellers to make deductions when items are returned in a different condition - see the details here:
What happens if the buyer used the item, or it's damaged while it's being returned?
It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition, and ensure that it's packed properly and protected during delivery. If the item is returned used or damaged, you may qualify to deduct an amount from the buyer's refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

If buyer says don't fit, then they pay return postage.
If they claim not as described, you supply returns label.
