a buyer purchased 2 items 35 and 47 days ago he now says they are faulty and wants to return can i refuse without being held liable

Mentor2 weeks agoebay only allows 30 days for claims so you can refuse. They could try a claim with their payment provider but may not realise this.

Mentor2 weeks agoThe ebay MBG is only valid for 30 days so you are within your rights to refuse as the buyer cannot open a case.
My only caveat is what is the reason they want to return and in addition they may be able to issue s acharge back.

They can open 1 later than that, but can't escalate to ebay.
You can refuse case after the 30 days, but buyer could go to their payment provider.
The choice is yours really.
