Buyer wants to return item he damaged
Hello I sold some curtains. For some reason the buyer decided to pull the strings out from the header claiming they are not fit to hang. Strings are there to pull the curtain either tightly or loose has nothing to do with the hanging of the curtain. But he actually showed a pic of the strings fully out which he admitted he had done himself. So he has damaged the item that he wants to return and be refunded. What should I do? Thank you

If he hasn't, respond to the message letting him know that as he's pulled the header strings out and damaged the curtains you can't accept them back for a refund.
Pop back her for advice on how to proceed if he has opened a return.

If they open a return, change of mind, if you are a private seller then you can refuse to accept.
If they open a eNot as described case, then you have no choice, to refuse buyer escalates to ebay who will side with buyer and refund at your expense.
If you accept you have to provide a return label and on return refund. Again if youbdo not refund buyer can escalate to ebay.
Only after you have refunded can you appeal to ebay about abuse of return process.
