buyer wants to return but I have to accept that ?
Dyson part (Brand new) did not describe Dyson model it fits .left that to the buyer .He said it does not fit his V 11 .I checked other sellers with the same part yet it does confirm it is compatible.Even though did not say models it fits .I paid postage Can I decline return ?

Mentor4 months agoIf buyer opens a Not as described case, then you cannot refuse a return and must provide a reply paid label.
Failure to do this and buyer can escalate to ebay, who would probably refund at your expense without requiring return.
Private sellers can only decline Change of mind returns, which includes Does not Fit.
