Buyer has payed and it has been dispatched but the courier is behind in delivering it to the buyer the buyer has then opened a buyer not received case and in which i messaged her and told her the situation to which she replied “its alright i dont need them anymore the even is over now I’ll just return them” Am i obliged to refund her even though nothing is wrong with the item and it hasnt arrived yet
