buyer wants to return 32 days after purchase
buyer wants to return after 32 days of purchase, the returns shows I can refuse the return but will that be okay or not? I am worried they will escalate it, they did this after I got their feedback removed. I am finding the returns rules a bit confusing I had 14 days returns on my listing. They are saying changed mind.

Mentor6 months agoPersonally, if it was me, and the total is £1.50, I would just make that refund, outside the case if you're out of time to refund through the case details, as a goodwill gesture..... and then block them.
Not worth all the time and stress if that's the amount involved !

Mentor6 months agoThey've exceeded your timeline for returning items for a ' change of mind' reason.
If 30 days have passed the item's last estimated date for delivery they are also out of time to claim any 'damage' not as described fault through an eBay case.
Cases can still be opened when the timeline has been exceeds but they cannot escalate it.
Be aware they are still in time to claim a charge back with their payment provider.
They seem to be a nuisance buyer so I would block them from returning to your sales.
