Buyer wants refund for an item but not one I sent
I sold a camera lens and now the buyers says it's faulty and damaged. I know I sent it in good condition and suspect they have a similar damaged item they want to send back.

Mentor10 months agoYou cannot prove that, and if you do not respond to the case and supply a reply paid label, buyer can escalate to ebay, who would probably just refund at your expense, as they assume that by not replying you do not want it returned. You also get a defect on your account.
