Buyer wants me to post a 'collection only' item
Hi there,
I have just sold an item I listed as collection only as it's pretty large so thought it would be awkward / not worth posting. However buyer wants me to post it. I don't mind doing so if she covers the costs which she says she will do. What's the correct process?
