Buyer wants cancel.
Buyer wants to cancel because they didn't read the listing. I purchased an eBay postage label, which automatically marked the order as dispatched/in transit, but the parcel has NOT been handed to the carrier and has NOT been shipped. The buyer can no longer request cancellation. I need to cancel the transaction and refund the buyer.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can either issue refund via the dropdown menu arrow for the item, or ask the buyer to open a not received case after the estimated delivery date.
