Buyer wants a refund of a skin care product, 3 months after purchase
I sold a skin care product as new unopened, unused - it was sealed.
The sale was made on 12th May.
She has now messaged me today 7th August to say she had opened the bottle and it is thicker than usual and has left white residue (usual for this type of product if too much produt used).
As the bottle was sealed, unopened when I sold it to her - can I be held responsible for the quality of the product and forced to fully refund?

Mentor1 month agoYour buyer is way out of time to pursue a refund via eBay, their returns period is 30 days, as is PayPal's.
They could still be in time to pursue this via their card provider but may not be aware of this.
