The buyer wants to cancel an order ,i have printed out the label but have not posted the item , i have tried to cancel the transaction but the web page shows the item was dispatched, so what happens next , what is the next step , many thanks

Immediate notice of dispatch after printing a label is a downside of Simple Delivery. The buyer should open a "not received" case after the estimated delivery date has passed to get a refund.
