So I bought 4 batteries from a seller. After a number of weeks he messaged he is unable to deliver and will issue a refund.And this is the issue.. By messaging you accept he will issue a refund but it appears to be a ruse and EBAY doesn't have a issue a refund link only a return, which I don't have.So I start a return and they issue a code to retrun (return what ???) then I read the return cost will be deducted from the refund ???? It's brand new, I've not received it and I can only send a print of the email in a letter.So the address showing where the seller sells from. The return address is an army barracks (which wouldn't be allowed as its a security risk!!!!)Ebay you need to contact me please.. It's IMPOSSIBLE to contact you, I get sent around the houses with your links.
