Buyer Unable to Complete Payment After Counter Offer Accepted
I sent offers to watchers. One buyer made a counter offer that I accepted, but she hasn’t been able to make the payment — it keeps failing. Could this be an issue with eBay’s system?

Mentor9 months agoIf another person you made offer to got in 1st, then this person can't buy.
You also need to upgrade to business seller, genuine private sellers don't have 700 unwanted items or so many new ones.
