Buyer sending item back as it don't fit, it clearly states the size in my listing.
How is it fair that eBay said to return for a refund, when the size is in the listing. They could have asked more questions

Mentor10 months agoYou do have a 14 day return policy, which allows for change of mind and does not fit comes in this category, so buyer pays return postage.

Mentor10 months agoLabel sizes can be wrong. If you didn't put the actual measurements in the description the buyer would be entitled to a refund.
