Buyer selected postage now wants to collect
As per title.
Upon winning my item (I'm the seller) the buyer selected postage and paid. Now they want to collect the item.
Problem is there is no option to change the listing from postage to collect. So there is no way for the buyer to generate a collection code and no where for me to enter it.
The only options I have are print postage label.
Anyone know how to change this without having to refund them and create a new listing?

Mentor2 weeks agoThe only way to keep safe with the transaction fully on ebay is to cancel/refund the transaction and relist as collection for the buyer to buy again.
