Buyer selected postage but I hand delivered!

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

So the buyer selected postage but I hand delivered to them due to the living in the same town as me. Now it says past dispatch and I can't do anything about it.

Any ideas other than refunding the whole thing? Why is there not an option to just remove the "simple postage"

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can't change it now but if you open the unused postage label it will mark item as dispatched. Payment will be released in 14 days.
