Buyer says they didn't get a return label

I created a return label and then refunded an item

Buyer says the refund wiped the return label and now I'm stuck because I don't know how to generate a label and the buyer has been refunded payment and postage

What do I do?

Your buyer is correct, the refund means that you don't want your item back so the label is invalidated.

If you do want your item back and the buyer is willing to send it you'll need to find a way to buy them a label online and send it to them (you can attach am image to an eBay message).
