I Sent my parcel to the buyer 26 days ago according to the post office website it was delivered

Buyer saying he never received but I have proof they received it

Hopefully you added tracking to ebay when posting.

If using SD, then it is automatic.

Unless buyer opens case, do nothing,

if they do, add tracking again & inform them politely that it shows as delivered.
