Buyer said they didn't receive products
Buyer told ebay, (seller lied and sent to wrong address) it was an evri printed label? How can I, it was the correct address sent to which they sent on my phone they sent it me just didn't have door number on which I wrote on, they didn't read description of the listing, it was split into 2 lots and they wanted to know why they didn't get all what was in the pic, it says on listing, READ DESCRIPTION but they lied to ebay about me, ebay closed the case and refunded them. The obviously got the package because they asked a question about not getting the whole of the items in the pic, they have been delivered. Cheating, lying buyers, can I do anything, they got them free, ebay has paid them not me but ??? I am fuming.

Mentor5 months agoYou say you sent to an address supplied by phone. You must only ever send to address provided by ebay. Proof of delivery to that address is your only protection against claims of not received.
As you say buyer can hardly claim not as described as well as getting a refund, but unless you follow the correct system you will have difficulty convincing ebsy thst buyer is lying.
In any case if using Simple Delivery it is ebay who refund for lost in post, so you should still have the funds.
