Buyer returns item stating my listing description is inaccurate which is not true
Can anyone advise on this situation? The buyer has requested a return stating the description was not accurate and the item of clothing was a different colour. This is totally untrue. My description was very accurate and the photo supplied by the buyer looks obviously saturated to distort the colour. I clearly state No Returns, but as an honest and helpful seller, I have agree to accept the return.
Will eBay refund the promotional listing fees, which cost over £50?! And can I deduct the return postage cost which I have been charged? Why should I be out of pocket because the buyer has obviously just changed his mind? Any help appreciated.

·11 months agoYou will not get anything back you paid to promote your listing - those fees are not refundable and, as you have agreed to refund, you can't deduct the return postage.
When the buyer opens a 'not as described' case (however unfair it seems), the seller is liable for the postage.

issue returns label & refund in full on return.
If you refuse or ignore case, ebay can force refund & buyer keeps item.
Yes it is annoying when buyers open this type of case, but nothing you can do.
