Buyer returned item to wrong address
Hi, for some reason my buyer has returned the item to the wrong address. He has taken three weeks to make the return and said the item was damaged, which I’m really sure it wasn’t. EBay issued a returns label and I had a message saying the item was received but I checked the tracking and it’s gone to another address. I’ve tried all the eBay processes to get help but end up no where with no advice. I’d appreciate any help, thank you

Mentor5 months agoIf buyer used the label provided by ebay, and tracking shows as delivered, you will be required to refund.
