Buyer return with no protective packaging item now smashed to pieces
Hi, I recently sold a pair of record Decks and a mixer. The buyer wanted to return the item claiming its damaged.
I have a video made for another potential buyer showing it was all in perfect working order before I sent it.
I accepted the return and it came with no protective packaging at all. Everything is smashed to pieces and bits are missing.
I highly suspect the buyer has bought this to get a spare part off of it and then wants a refund. Now due to their inadequate packaging everything is ruined.
how should I handle this?
