Buyer Return an item they do not like
Buyer does not like item, asks for refund. I ok the refund. Buyer does not send item back because they did not get a return lable. I see in ebays rules that the seller has to pay for return lable. I contact ebay, they say that when I refunded, the case was closed. What should I do.

You do really need to read and understand the rules relating to returns, they are very simple and never refund before a return is received.
You are a private seller, as a private seller you only need to accept NOT AS DESCRIBED returns, and that is when you as seller have to pay return cost.

Mentor5 months agoWhen you accept case, you have option to refund immediately or issue returns label through case.
Looks like you refunded without authorising label.
Depending on value of item, you could arrange with buyer to return item, can't be done through ebay.

Mentor5 months agoThere is nothing you can do through ebay. If you refund instead of having the item returned the buyer is told they can keep the item.

You didn't need one anyway. The buyer pays for change of mind returns, not the seller.
