Buyer return
I need to return an item to the seller due to being damaged, the seller only sent me the return address and not a prepaid label, I shouldn't have to pay for this, I don't see any option to dispute this, not sure how to proceed from here!

Mentor5 months agoIf you started a return request within 30 days of delivery you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days. So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
