Buyer return
Can someone please help i sold an item. The description clearly states the material was silver plate. The buyer is now demanding a return and refund as he was expecting Solid silver. I feel I have done nothing wrong and ebay don't seem to be interested. Why should I be penalised i know ebay always tend to side with the buyer and us sellers are left the scraps

Mentor6 months agoIt is annoying but if the buyer has started a "not as described" return it's best to accept it. If buyer escalates it's possible ebay will force a refund without return. Get the item back before you refund and put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
