Buyer requests a refund - Does not Fit
My buyer has requested a refund as they item does not fit.
My listing was no refunds accepted.
Do I have to give a refund and if I don’t will it affect my account?

Mentor3 weeks agoThat is classed as a change of mind reason for return which private sellers do not have to accept. There is no penalty for you if you don't.
