Buyer requesting payment details but ebay says this is not available

When I click on the send payment box I get this message. Can anyone advise on how to get payment details to buyer? Thank you

Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice.

Buyer has a number of feedbacks 272, so not a new buyer and should know the procedure for paying!

Is it for the jeans bought yesterday?

Then, you don't need to send the buyer any ' payment details'.

They've bought the item, they need to proceed to eBay checkout, and select one of the various payment methods, cards / PayPal etc. to pay you.

They have 4 days to pay before you need to proceed with any action for a non payment.
