hiya as title says buyer has requested to cancel an order after i paid and printed shipping label but i have not handed to courier. i have tried to cancel but it says i cannot do this as the order has shipped. i also cancelled the postage label and now when i click cancel order it says a cancellation already exists but the order is showing as paid and back in my awaiting dispatch orders page. how do i go about cancelling this as it says it needs posting by the ned of today or my account metrics will be hit!
