Hi everyone,I recently sold an item that was sent to eBay’s verfication hub. The item passed inspection and was shipped forward to the buyer, but not autehicated due to putting item in wrong category. However, the buyer is now claiming the item arrived broken and is requesting a return refund. Since the item was verified and passed by the third-party authenticator, it was clearly in the described, functional condition when it left their facility. If it was broken, it should have failed inspection. This suggests it was either damaged by the courier during the final leg of shipping or after the buyer received it, waht should I do?
