Buyer refused shipment upon delivery
Hi, I sent a parcel internationally and buyer refused shimpent upon delivery, saying parcel was too big and heavy for her to carry inside.
I paid £140 postage to have it shipped over. The courier now contacted me saying I will have to pay again to have it shipped back to me or the parcel will be destroyed.
I don't have storage space as this is a cut by order and would rather not have this returned but I can't risk allowing them to destroy it without know whether I will lose the money as it is not cheap.
The buyer is not responding, despite multiple attempts at explaining that she will lose out all postage fees even if the item was returned to me and I issue a refund.
As per ebay policy, has she forfeited her right to buyer protection? How does it work?
I can't seem to open a case, ebay is so difficult to contact even via email.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do not do anything unless they open case.
By refusing delivery, they lose use of ebay MBG.
If tracking shows this, make sure you reply to case stating it was refused.
Up to you if you pay carrier to have item returned.
