buyer refunded despite item having been delivered to him today
I listed an item for sale a while ago but i did not realise it had been bought until I noticed a dispute had been rightfully raised for a refund. On realising this I contcted the buyer through Ebay if he still wanted it, he said yes. So I posted the item yesterday express delivery and entered the tracking number. The item was delivered to him today. However, the refund request had not been cancelled and he has been refunded the puchase price. What can i do please?

Mentor11 months agoAll you can do is ask the buyer to pay again and hope they're honest. If they agree they will have to use Paypal or similar.
