Buyer refund after dispatch but before posting
Hi folks, I think I've messed up, I fully refunded a buyer because they changed their mind after dispatch but before I posted it, when I think I should have cancelled it instead. I can't now cancel the order because it says fully refunded but is still asking me to post the item. Any suggestions?

If still no luck it may just need some time for the system to update but you can contact ebay and see if they can cancel it for you. You can ask them to call you from here:

OP6 months agoThe call back option worked, apparently whether you refund 100% or cancel the order the outcome is the same.
