Buyer received the item I sold but still shows awaiting delivery on eBay

Buyer received the item two days ago but still shows awaiting delivery on eBay and so I cannot get my money. Buyer asked me to deliver via Evri even though I had a prepaid label from Royal Mail. I paid more postage using Evri but I wanted to help. Now I don't know what's happening. Can you help please?

The tracking won't match so your item won't show as delivered.

You may have to wait up to 14 days for the payment.

If you have tracking which shows delivery that's all that matters, nothing more you can do, nothing the buyer has to mark as received.

There is a current payout technical issue some members are experiencing a delay in payments being available. No time of a fix announced.

As a returning seller , your payouts may be held a little longer as eBay wish to see item not only delivered safely, but that no refund case is later opened. Holds of 30 days are common.
