Buyer protection what a joke
Purchased item from eBay which was faulty we returned it personally as the seller would not payfor courier and now ebay or PayPal will not refund us .

You are relying on seller voluntarily refunding you.

Mentor7 months agoEbay buyer protection through the money back guarantee is excellent but you have to understand how it works and use it properly.
For example, faulty items are returned at the seller's expense and ebay will only help if the return is tracked.

Mentor7 months agoBuyer protection works well but it relies on buyers using it.
You cannot expect ebay systems to work, if you just do things your way.
