Buyer picked up the item but eBay generated a delivery label etc..

Question

I sold an item and eBay has generated a delivery and label but the buyer picked up the item. How do I change this on the delivery status so Ebay knows the buyer has the item and that I will have the money into the account? Many thanks!

You can’t, in fact you have no proof of delivery as buyer would not have received a code.You need to cancel the label within 14 days to avoid paying for it.

You can't. It will act as an untracked item so payment may be held for 14 days. As as a new seller it may be held for 30 days anyway. Either way you will get it in the end.
