Buyer pays for 2 items. How do you combine the postage?
I had a buyer who bought and paid for 2 items. With the old system the invoice was automatically combined and so reduced postage could be charged but I cannot see how you do it now. Any ideas please!!!

Mentor5 months agoIf the buyer bought the items at the same time, putting each in their basket they are automatically combined. If they were bought separately they will not be combined but you can just send them together anyway although the second one will be untracked.
You can mark dispatched by opening the unused label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code). It will remain unused and if you paid for the extra label (had free postage on your listings) you can cancel them here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for it they will be refunded automatically in 30 days. The payment for the untracked item will be released in 14 days.
The alternative would be to cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again.
