Buyer Paid - send now, but it is collect only unable to enter code

Question

Buyer Paid - send now, but it is collect only unable to enter codeI can only print a label. How do I enter a code to say collected ?

If it's the set of drawers then you had postage at £5.21 set up on that listing.

If your buyer selected to have them posted at checkout then then they won't have a collection code.

Have you spoken with your buyer about this?

If the item was listed as one to be posted, and then the buyer came to collect it from you they would not have the all important collection code.

There is no way to mark it collected, so you'll now need to wait a minimum of 14 days for your payout.
