Buyer paid for postage, so why did I have to pay for postage also?

I believe I have paid for postage twice, once when ebay asked for the money from the seller, and again when I booked it in via parcelforce. Ebay AI is completely useless. I want to contact ebay to tell them the issue so I can get my £14 back, if anyone can help that would be appreciated.

Did you use Simple Delivery buyer pays and then buy postage yourself? If so it is the buyer that gets a postage refund.
