HiI sold a mobile phone yesterday. I put it was free postage as I was going to send it via Special Delivery (at my own cost). When the buyer paid they paid for delivery for some reason and then selected a no signatory 48 hour tracked postage - I know when I tell the Post Office what it is they wont accept it as you cannot send something of high value with no signature. What should I do here? Ebay wont allow me to cancel the label but If I pay for special delivery the original postage label will show its not been posted and I may not get my £330.00Any advice please. Thank you
