buyer paid for collection only items and wants them posted

Question

I advertised 30 Fire Logs for sale with Collection Only due to the weight and cost. An EBayer has paid and is asking for them to be posted. My advert clearly says Collection Only several times. What can I do to sort this out?

COLLECTION ONLY: FROM ???? ??? AREA - 3.5 MILES FROM NEWCASTLE EMLYN ON B4333. FULL DIRECTIONS WILL BE GIVEN PER EBAY AFTER ITEM ENDS

Let them know that this is a collection in person listing only, and that they cannot be posted out.

Ask if they want to collect, or if they want to cancel the order. If they want to cancel then cancel using the 'buyer asked to cancel' reason.
