Buyer paid but failed to collect order
Buyer has paid into eBay holding account but has failed to collect the item as agreed. Sent two messages to buyer but no response. What should I do?

That was paid on the 3rd so you have waited long enough. It was a lot of money paid , so nothing one would assume you just forgot to collect! Let's hope nothing bad has happened here, but it may have !
Send a polite message, saying something like.... 'Hoping everything is OK but if you could please let me know within ** days of a convenient time and date to collect, but if not I will need to cancel the order which will fully refund you. '
If you do need to cancel the order select Buyer requests to cancel. This will fully refund your buyer , and your seller performance will not be affected.
