Buyer paid £2.94, ebay label £5.46

Question

I've just sold an item and the buyer has paid £2.94 Evri postage. I've gone to purchase the postage label and I'm going to be charged £5.46. I can't seem to edit it - it's a small package at less than 1 kg.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

If you use RM, same cost for all of UK. Evri charge more for some areas.

Update - item is going to Belfast, so there's an additional £2.74 location charge

Suggest cancelling label and buy your own postage.
