Buyer opened a return case problem
Hello,
I sold an item on eBay, buyer received the item and reported a slight damage on the item, I asked the buyer to create a return case, I accepted the return, added a UPS return shipping label , after about 1 min, I got informed by eBay that return case is closed and eBay refunded the buyer, now after 8 days , the buyer did not respond or sent back the item using the return UPS label.
What are my options in this case?

@**peaseblossom** is probably correct.
Although I am not sure if other countries ebay sites use simple delivery.
Best to log out and ask on your country's ebay site.

Mentor1 week agoYou might find ebay have refunded the buyer themselves. If so you keep the payment and the item does not have to be returned. If the payment is currently on hold it will be because you are a new seller and it should be released within 30 days.
