Buyer now wants to return the item, claims "this is not what I'm after"

Question

Item sold and delivered. Buyer claims "this is not what I'm after". Is a car sat nav & he has to register it and download the (free) maps. I don't think he knows how to do that. I have explained the process.He wants to return it but how do I accept it back but not be out of pocket.Wouldn't mind if it was faulty or damaged but was working fine when it left here.
